Tecno launches Camon Series, C9 smartphone in Tanzania

Dar es Salaam, 1 July-2016: TECNO Mobile Tanzania has officially launched its upgraded Camon series smartphone Camon C9, featuring groundbreaking features and unmatched camera quality among other thrilling features.

Following the success of Camon series 8 released last year, sending shock waves throughout the mobile community, TECNO has again raised the bar with the launch of the Camon C9.

Speaking during the launch of the Camon C9, Tecno Tanzania Sales Manager,Mr.Fred Kadilana , said the Camon C9 is a not just an ordinary upgrade of Camon 8 but a massive leap with jaw-breaking camera specs and functionality.

‘The Camon C9 is a going to revolutionize the smart phone industry, owing to its magnificent features such as uniquely placed front camera with 13 megapixels and led dual flash that is the first in the industry’ said Mr.Fred Kadilana.

Mr.Fred Kadilana also noted that Camon C9 have a 0.1-second speed focus camera and an Integrated Flash Focus Solution to ensure that any object in movement is captured without blur, pixelated images that can produce clear prints, angle fronts that ensure wider selfies that can accommodate more people, and a centrally placed front camera.

Other features that make Camon C9 stand out from the rest are the powerful 3000mAh battery units, 16GB internal memory, 1GB RAM, powerful 1.3 GHz Quad-core processor and an expandable memory of up to128GB.

Tecno has also partnered Tanzania’s leading telecom operator, Vodacom to offer 10GB data free for one month, which can be activated by sending keyword OIMEI followed by space then IMEI numbers to 15300 as elaborated by Vodacom’s; Head of Sales for Dar Region, Domician Mukama
